Aim
We strive on being a company that reduces the impact of manufacturing on the environment by selecting the right partners that apply innovations in energy and waste treatment. Focusing and relying on that all our sourcing facilities are using cleaner energy generation is one way to address these targets. Key components of our “green manufacturing” program are reducing waste, energy, and water use to persevere the environment, health, and safety, through technology and process engineering.
Optimizing all the processes and minimizing waste are primary sustainability issues that we aim to address through collaboration programs with all our sourcing partners that include lean design, thus minimizing energy usage, optimizing plant footprint, and preventing failures in the manufacturing process that result in an unusable product. Preventing the release of API into the environment was another area of focus when selecting a prospective sourcing partner.
